Clarity includes your data.

• Email address for ANANSI early-access requests or authorized Xelvon company access.
• Conversation content when an authorized Xelvon user submits prompts and receives model responses.
• Request information, including timestamp, user agent, and IP address when an email is registered.
• Mode selection when an authorized Xelvon user chooses Thinking, Fast, or Pro.

We use ANANSI waitlist information for product updates and controlled-release invitations. Authorized Xelvon information is used to provide company access, preserve conversation continuity, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Email registration details and conversation history are stored in Google Firebase / Firestore. Your browser also keeps your email in session storage for the current browser session.

Authorized Xelvon messages are routed through OpenRouter to the model selected in the interface. Those providers process conversation content to generate a response and may apply their own data-handling terms.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, health records, or other highly sensitive information unless your organization has explicitly approved that use.

Early-access records are retained for controlled-release communication. Authorized Xelvon records are retained to reconnect company conversations unless deletion is requested or the service no longer needs them. You may request deletion by contacting us.

We use reasonable technical controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security. ANANSI is in development and Xelvon is offered for controlled company use; infrastructure, providers, and features may evolve.

If these practices materially change, this page and its effective date will be updated. Continued use after an update means the revised practices apply.
